Who We Are.
Rosewater Advisors is a consulting firm that supports social justice leaders to do good work across the lifespan of their careers.
We assist leaders to walk in purpose and lead with integrity. We believe that every person can contribute to movement building, but that contribution should not be at the expense of personal growth and well-being.
Rosewater Advisors supports leaders at every stage of their careers to identify personal strengths and opportunities, refine leadership skills, and navigate career growth and transitions.
